ithinkjesusiscool
Pax! When you attend/take these courses in Ignatian spirituality what do you actually learn? And do lay people practise this spirituality in a different way than the real Jesuits?

TheresaThoma
In my mind the Ignatian Spirituality is a very practical spirituality. There are obviously some differences in how the Jesuits and lay people live out the spirituality but the basic principles and tools are the same. When I was first learning about the faith I was around Jesuits (at a Jesuit University) and I found their approach very practical and many of the "tools" I learned have continued to aid me throughout my spiritual journey. ithinkjesusiscool
Is this also good for people who struggle to become Catholics?
