I know there are other people who deal with this on here, and I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips.

I need some suggestions for non-medication exercises or remedies that will help with severe pain in my upper thoracic spine and outlet, as well as my neck and all throughout my arms. Any tips would be much appreciated.

And please keep me in your prayers. Thank you.

Have you seen your Doctor? You might have a pinched nerve, which does well with physical therapy.

Haha, I should have been more clear.

I have Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and CRPS/RSD in my upper body. Had a surgery to correct the TOS in December after months of going undiagnosed, and just finished six months of physical therapy. Edited by FutureCarmeliteClaire

That's dreadful. My best friend has CRPS affecting her legs, and it's really debilitating. Praying for you, Claire.

I don't understand what this means. What kind of tissue is affected?

In my case, I have severe nerve damage in my neck and shoulder. Not the tissue, but the nerves directly. As well as muscle spasms in my upper body Edited by FutureCarmeliteClaire
