Warning For Those Who Travel To Europe

Nihil Obstat

You're talking about Australia, whereas this thread is about an Austrian railway. The English names are pretty similar in appearance, so to clarify by proximity:

Austria - a central European country

Australia - the country and continent you're thinking of

I have no idea what you are talking about. Australia is a penal colony - why on earth would you ever be catching a train in a British penal colony? Are you a hardened criminal?

How did you get all the way across the ocean to Belgium by train? Must be a long ride. :|

About 5 or 6 years ago there was a famous instance of Google maps giving directions from New York to London.  About step 23 - when you got to a pier in Boston - you were told to swim 3,462 miles across the Atlantic Ocean.

(Now THAT would have made an interesting post in ContemporaryCaflicCrusader's workout thread!!).

There are a few Google Map easter eggs like that. One directs you to row a canoe across an ocean.

I want to see these. Show me.

(Please. ;-)

I did once hear a story at the Rockville Visitation Monastery in Virginia. A family of one of the sisters came to visit, and their GPS told them to park on whatever road and walk to the monastery. Only when they parked, they realized they were directly across from the monastery—on the other side of the lake. They found that terribly humorous, considering they were going to visit a bunch of nuns.
