Fr. Antony Maria OSB
So you admit it! How are you defining 'it'? Also, I see this as starting a hijacking: should we move this conversation elsewhere? :P
Winchester
How are you defining 'it'? Also, I see this as starting a hijacking: should we move this conversation elsewhere? :P Of course not. Hijacking is one of my sacred duties. dust, her arm clad in the purest shimmering samite held aloft my profile from the bosom of the internets, signifying by Divine Providence that I, Winchester, was to hijack, insult, coerce, mock, and generally cause chaos. However, you still have not answered my question of your definition of the word 'it' in this context (well, the context in which you were using it before). Regardless, this conversation will have to wait, as I must take my leave. It has been a pleasure conversing (and hijacking) with you, Winchester, Strong Sword of the Hijackers. Winchester
It's too bad I have my Bacherlor's Degree in Philosophy, then. You will understand the dehumanizing aspect of your job at Bennigan's much more than your coworkers.
IgnatiusofLoyola
Choosing which accounts to delete is a tough call, but it certainly makes sense that some weeding is needed--especially of spam accounts and accounts that are still validating. The tougher call is deleting accounts which were active, but haven't been active for awhile. This thread will remind me to log in and post at least once in awhile. One account I'd like to ask not to be deleted is that of Laetitia Crucis. She hasn't posted in a couple of years because, as a postulant/novice, she had no access to Phatmass. However, LC (who is now Sister Mary Catherine) will be taking first vows on Oct 5. Soon after that, LC will be making a 2-week home visit. (I don't know the dates yet, but will post them when/if I know them.) I know that probably one, if not the first place she will go to on the computer is her "home" on Phatmass. She has lots of friends here who I know will be wanting to talk to her. Thanks!
inunionwithrome
So, if I have 5 posts a week, I can stay?
dUSt
So, if I have 5 posts a week, I can stay? You already have over 400 posts. I'd never delete a member who has that many posts. I haven't even considered deleting a member with over 10 posts.
Oremoose
I have not read the entire thread but I can tell you that you can delete Fisherman and Fisherman_2 ( or something like that). those used to be mine I have lost my passwords way back then and the emails connected with them no longer exist. then also I have moved passed the immaturity that those old members were associated with them. brandelynmarie
Hi dUSt & pham, just wanted to let y'all know I am still here on the periphery. I sign in & lurk mostly from my semismart phone. For now, I get too many glitches to carry on any real conversations on here. Thanks for not deleting me, :topsy: .
