So, the couple interested in our house bid for it and the contract has been made. However, tomorrow an appraiser is coming by. The appraiser MUST appraise the house for the price we settled on at minimum, otherwise we can't sell it. Please pray that the appraiser puts it at the selling price. We already have another house we have settled on and are going to buy, but we must first sell our house. After the appraisal, if it goes well, we will be moving by the end of September. Please pray everything goes well!
