CrossCuT
This is a pretty neat source available if youre interested. I have only searched through biochemistry and thermodynamics but there are TONS of other courses there. Some may be more substantial than others but its definitely worth a look through http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/find-by-topic/

Gabriela
This is called "open-course ware" and TONS of universities are experimenting with it. Harvard and Stanford have it, too. I think also Northwestern and possibly Chicago. I'm sure there's a list of all the open-course ware out there somewhere. There's also iTunes U. Chestertonian
Yale offers some great courses too. Here's a website that has links to all of the open courses: http://www.openculture.com/freeonlinecourses
