Gabriela
It's funny how people criticize the MEF for not allowing sufficient lay participation in the Mass. And yet, here, the "audience" sits and gawks speechless at the stage for whole portions of the "Mass". Edited July 19, 2013 by curiousing

That is certainly an unexpected choice.
Basilisa Marie
Yaaaaaay cultural appropriation! It's not only a liturgical abuse, but it's offensive to some non-Western cultures. Double-whammy of not good. The "Zaire Use" rite actually does include liturgical dance. But that's because dance is a form of worship in a lot of cultures in Africa. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FSwzTaizDWc

CatherineM
At least they're wearing clothes. I saw one once who was dancing around in a sheer dress thing.

It does seem that liturgical dancers like to wear very sheer clothes. Much of what is worn is not appropriate for the divine liturgy.
