Yeah, sandwiches. You can be creative, too, pretend you are at Subway and all the veggie choices they have.... When I go there I almost always get turkey on parmesean oregano bread with lettuce, tomato, pickles, black olives, jalapenos, mayo, and honey mustard.

But thats just me. My hubby nearly always gets chicken, and he's bare bones, wheat bread, lettuce, tomato, and mayo, none of the "fancy" stuff for him. lol

The upside to this is that nearly every home has at least some of the basic sandwich making supplies in the fridge, so the spend (almost no) money is working for you there, too. ;)

And you can put fresh veggies like carrots or celery on the side, or chips.

Its a pizza sub, but with salt and pepper and jalapenos... and... mayonaise

Salad.

It can be made with anything, and is good for you.

Add meat, coagulated milk, fruit, veggies. Chop them up and let people mix their own.

Meats go best with lot's of veggies and a vinegar/oil based dressing.

Fruits go well with coagulated milk.

Creamy dressings go well with fruits and coagulated milk.

You can add vinegars (like basalmic, redwine, rice, flavored) to any pre-made salad dressings to tang or sweeten it up.

Add seasonings to various salads. Peppery spices go well with creamy dressings.
