PhuturePriest
I would advise against taking it "just because" or just to satisfy your dad. Like it or not, the GED does carry a stigma that a homeschool diploma does not. Unless seminary, college or the military *requires* it for admission, I would not take it. Benedictine will accept you on your transcript and ACT/SAT alone, I'm pretty sure. Please look at this. And... I wouldn't be too quick to assume that your dad feels that *you* are inadequate. Maybe he is unsure that your home life and schooling has adequately prepared you for college. (Unlike your sister who may have had more rigorous schooling.) The ACT or SAT would be more accurate in determining that. Yeah, that's what I'm thinking, too. She had the same schooling I had, and I've gotten quite a few indications that both he and my mother don't believe in my academic talents. I'll message you about it to explain what I mean. Scratch that: I would message you about it, but your inbox is full. :P Edited July 13, 2013 by FuturePriest387

Haha, well, if you're interested, just clear up one space so I can message you. And make sure to tell me about it, otherwise I have no way of knowing you did it. :P
