Tab'le De'Bah-Rye
I gave being a witch ago once upon a time before i came to church, and it wasn't good. I actually got possessed for many years from it. I had a wand and a mojo bag and they weren't decorations or childrens toys.

Yeah, I have a couple of friends who dabbled in witchcraft to varying levels, and they tell me that the "magic" in Harry Potter is nothing like what they did. But scary stuff started happening when they were doing witchcraft, for sure. So many people don't realize that supernatural stuff is REAL. Tab'le De'Bah-Rye
I gave being a witch ago once upon a time before i came to church, and it wasn't good. I actually got possessed for many years from it. I had a wand and a mojo bag and they weren't decorations or childrens toys. I aso tried quijah, sayonce and to summon a spirit which was probably a demon that possesed me, and i wasn't fully concience as to what i was doing in all of this. I got so unwell from all of this i was usually drunk or stoned / self medicating. A priest told me that at the least i was creating a false GOD, and at the worst i was asking demons to do my bidding. Both sound bad to me now. But aye alleluia there is a happy middle ground, i went to confession (1st time since confirmation.) and started going to holy mass on sundays, partaking of the holy eucharist, reading holy scripture and meditating on the mysteries of the holy rosary. And hopefully the ending will be even better than ever. Onward christian souls. JESUS iz LORD. This is a double post because for some reason the browser won't let me edit. Dr. Bombay
Um, what? I'm confused. I got in contact with my local Lion's Club dude because I was told they are Catholic and amesome and they would help me pay for my eye exam. They did pay for it, all of it. Are they fishy? I didn't get that impression at all. And I'm so thankful for their generosity. Funny you should mention fishy because I got into a discussion awhile ago on a Catholic forum that is extremely fishy and we came to the conclusion that the Lions were another branch of the Masons and should be avoided. But since that forum is extremely fishy, I am questioning that conclusion. Nonetheless, I submit this for your consideration: http://www.angelfire.com/ca7/loquebar/freemasonry.htm What are the Organizations sponsored by the Freemasonry? To lead the masses without arousing their suspicion Freemasons have come up with hundreds of organizations like the Rotary Club, Lions Club, Silva Mind Control, Kiwanis Club, Rosacrucians etc. The goal of these organizations are purposely ambiguous and people that innocently join these clubs do not know what they are following. One oft heard term in these groups is self-development which is none other than imbibing the Masonic principle. And the Rotary Club too. Oh my. Oh, and I don't think there's anything wrong with them paying for your eye exam, in case anyone is going to accuse me of being hysterical.
Dr. Bombay
I must strongly object to your molestation of that phrase. :| It is a necessary addendum to many of my postings since it points out to the dim bulbs the subtle brilliance of my conclusions. Apotheoun
The Harry Potter books were fun to read. I really do not understand the controversy surrounding the books among some Christians.

QED :getaclue: I would disagree. It is not necessary. In my opinion it seems haughty and lofty. If there is any brilliance in your conclusion those who are bright enough to see it shall understand. While those who might not get it still won't get it by adding three little measly letters. Edited July 4, 2013 by Oremoose

Oremoose
Those who believe it to be unnecessary are exactly why it is, in fact, necessary. QED -_- I am the fact that it is necessary? I understand all that you say...I do not agree, but I understand. Therefore the phrase is meaningless. So I ask you to tone it down because soon I shall unconsciously brand you a troll and prideful moron that looks down on us as "dim bulbs" not as others with legitimate opinions and views.
