Anastasia13
Why is it easier for some guys with some women to tell a woman that he is in love with her than it is for him to kiss her?
arfink
Why do you ask? You having this problem? ;) I can't really answer. Maybe the guy is shy? This wouldn't be a big problem for me. :P
PhuturePriest
Because love is presented, a kiss is given. I would be very hesitant about kissing a girl before it was established that we loved each other.

Slappo
Do you mean a guy that can say "I love you" but can't kiss the girl? I wouldn't kiss my girlfriend (now wife) until we had both verbally expressed our love for each other. I viewed a kiss as a physical act intended to express love, and I felt that we should be able to express that verbally before we expressed it physically. Dr. Bombay
Maybe he doesn't know how to kiss a woman. That would be my guess. Kissing, when done well, is a true skill and one in which most men, I suspect, are entirely deficient. Most men, of course, are entirely clueless at their lack of this skill and presume themselves to be experts. The few who know the truth are understandably hesitant, until the necessary skill is acquired through practiced technique. It's not like rebuilding an engine or chopping down a tree or staining a deck. It requires a certain finesse.
ToJesusMyHeart
Kissing definitely takes practice. It's understandable to be hesitant, but then again, if the woman truly loves you, she won't mind a bad first kiss. :)

PhuturePriest
Sha la la la la la my oh my, look at the boy too shy, he ain't gonna kiss the girl. I'd post a really funny Youtube video concerning that song, but I have a feeling I'll get yelled at by the more sensitive members of our community.
