Our pp is not mentioning St Joseph as in the above - anyone else noticed this in their parish i.e. whether St Joseph is being mentioned or not?

I've heard St. Joseph's name in the Mass at my church, but I'm sure as with most Liturgical norms your milage may vary from parish to parish.

I've great devotion to St Joseph and it saddens me he can be so little mentioned, admired and trusted for intercession, at least within my experience.  There was rumour went round the traps for years (years ago, haven't heard it lately) that The Church would not prosper spiritually until St. Joseph had his rightful place in our hearts and piety.  As head of Jewish family, he would have played a major part in the formation of Jesus until he (St Joseph) died, not that we know how old Jesus might have been when his foster Dad passed away.  St Joseph must have been an outstanding person to be chosen by The Father to play such a major part in the Incarnation of His Son and protection of His mother.

I am hoping that perhaps our pp has not yet caught up with the instruction from the Congregation of Divine Worship re St Joseph and Eucharistic Prayers II, III and IV.  Our priests here have a mammoth amount of work to be done and reading to be completed.

I couldn't agree more. There's a reason that St. Joseph is the patron of the Universal Church.

St. Joseph, foster father of Jesus and spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary, pray for us!

I'm sure that your parish will add him to the Eucharistic Prayers soon. I would wait a bit and, if in a couple of weeks the change still hasn't been made, gently ask one of your priests if they were going to make the change any time soon.

I'm not sure how they would have told the parishes, but your priest may not even know yet (has received the notice/letter or heard it from his Bishop, etc.)

There's been a good response in my area. My parish priest now includes St Joseph, and a couple of weeks ago I was at a different church and the priest explained the reasons for the change, which was great. I'm so happy that St Joseph has been included. :)
