The live feed mutes the sound system when a Point of Order is called. Currently, they are debating on whether or not the Democrats can appeal the ruling that the 3rd point of order was sustained. They need to vote on that and then they can vote on SB5. Dems are killing the clock by bickering. Pray, please pray. And grab a bottle of wine if you're of age.
