Nihil Obstat
I'm pretty sure it would be easy for everyone else to figure out how the exploration of your sexual identity was going. According to the policy as it reads in OP, that does not matter. If they try to tell you no, complain that they are repressing you as an individual, then say "This aggression will not stand, man." http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cyLdtG7KZvw

I'm sure high school boys everywhere in California are doing everything they can to support what is an incredibly easy law to abuse.

AnneLine
Uh, I think it is a horrible bill, by the way.... and yes, I WILL let my state legislators knw my feelings. The irony of this argument is that, at least at the university level, California resolved this a long time ago. At the university level, the solution was simple: They have THREE sets of restrooms.... M, F, and a 'single' marked M/F with disabled access. (The last one is just used by any and everybody when the others are fulll.... which trust me, between classes, the first 2 sets are ALWAYS full.) (Kinda like at baseball games....) This isn't about restroom access... it's about tossing ideology around. I resent it because it creates a problem where none exists and none needs to exist..... NO ONE should have to be forced to use facilities in this way.
Papist
There needs to be separate restrooms for us razzle dazzle people.
Lil Red
your sexual innuendos are too over the top for my tastes... yeah, yeah, we get it already!
Socrates
Why should we discriminate in favor of male weirdos who think they are women against normal, red-blooded guys who just want to enjoy the good, clean fun of showering with girls? I can't believe this kind of hateful, backwards, bigotry! I mean, this is the hip, enlightened 21st century - don't you know that every kind of discrimination is wrong, and everyone has the absolute right to do whatever they feel like just so long as nobody's hurt? cartermia
I, a teenage girl going into high school, have a huge problem with this bill. I do not want to be showering with a gay guy (no offense to him) or a guy acting like he is straight just so he could look at us (the girls). This is another reason to go to a private school too.
