CatholicsAreKewl
I agree with you here. I didn't mean to say that I would lie to him. If I said I was in a relationship I mean with Christ. Lol. This is only okay if you make Jesus a facebook account and have him accept your relationship status. hotpink
If someone is perusing you, it's pretty clear cut. Not really. I once met a guy at a Campus Crusade who had the hearts of alot of girls. Christian guy, very kind and generous and very welcoming. Lots of little touches and personal attention to everyone. So many girls misread it and thought he was into them. He really never saw that as he was just raised in a big family and taught to be kind, protective and generous. He had no intentions towards any of the campus females. He was actually persuing a girl back home in Nevada or some other place. A couple of the girls confideded in me their crushes and they dropped hints like flies...but they weren't exactly discouraged, either. Sometimes we as guys are just very stupid...and these days kindness....man to woman or even man to man is now seen as the persuing of a sexual relationship

hotpink
We are not talking about the same thing. How do you know? My friend -offered car rides -offered to buy dinner (pizza but still dinner) -openly prayed for girl XYZ's needs -welcomed with big hugs -called the girls to check up if she wasn't there -wrote notes on their myspaces or facebook So perhaps we are talking about the same thing. He wasn't interested in any of the girls. Sitting in the corrner listening to services, some of the more chatty ones asked me my "guys opinion" on it all. I said I didn't know beucase I didn't know how christians dated.

hotpink
pretty sure winnie is talking about "perusing" and you are talking about "pursuing" (for a start) Most of Annie's examples are really vague "talked for 2 hours" and "spends more times with me" and "uses my nickname" Just becuase no one else is doing that with her dosn't mean that he's not doing that with someone else.
