My Favorite Hip Hop Artist!

So I don't usually stop by here. So I don't know if there's some rule about people being Catholic. But I LOVE Lecrae. He's a hip-hop artist and he's a big Christian; I think non-denominational.

Yeah Lecrae is on fire for the LORD. If i understand his lyrics correctly he isn't either denominational or non denominational. I think he does speeches at some churches though, like guest speaker. It is a new thing some people are doing, though it's probably not new at all really, baptized believers that don't really claim to be with any church.

 

I met one once on the net and he said that he wasn't affiliate with any denomination or non denom and that he just wanted everyone to take the holy scriptures seriously and live by the scripture and wasn't afraid to tell this to either denomination or non denom, possibly sola scriptora. The catechism of the holy catholic church states the holy bible has the power to save but shouldn't fully replace the sacraments(for catholic christians i assume.) Which leads me to think for a non catholic christian can the holy bible save them, and of course scripture encourages prayer,meditation,morals and principles. Possibly they have to be baptised in the name of the father and of the son and the holy spirit as well. I have heard old stories of people being converted on there death beds with holy scripture being read to them, and had never read the holy scriptures.
