Keep in open space with several hours of sunlight per day, with constant alternation between hot and cold temperature. Check and water frequently, but do not pester or prod. Insufficient watering will cause fruit to grow sour, and excessive watering will cause premature wilting. You will just have to speculate how much water is necessary and hope you guessed correctly because there will be no signs of distress until too late. May cause irritation on contact, and in rare cases may cause death. May grow to wrap tightly around nearby objects.

I sound like some kind of a high maintenance vine-like cactus don't I?

As of January: May taste bitter during the cooking process. Add water. Allow to sit for a while. Flavor will change with time. Serving suggestions: sprinkle with one or more of (but not necessarily all of) shredded parmasiagne cheese, mushrooms, basil and sugar. Serve with red wine.
