Detox/Chelation therapy/Colonics: A lot of these are advertized to cure nonexisting conditions. Most have little to no scientific backing and can often times cause more harm than good.

Ear Candling: I was considering doing this recently until I actually looked it up. No data backing it and it can lead to injuries.

Facilitated Communication: This one's horrible. A facilitator guides the hands of the communicatively impaired to communicate, often with use of a device such as a keyboard. The tests done on this have shown that the only one doing the communicating is the "facilitator".

Power Balance Bracelets: I don't think I need to explain this. I saw a clerk at a gas station giving the same demonstrations to a wowed audience with fake power balance bracelets. Placebo.

Homeopathic "medicine": The idea of this actually working is bizarre. X causes headaches? Hmm.. maybe a small amount of x will cure it.  Maybe lower concentrations of x will be even more effective! It doesn't matter that these pills probably have no x in them by the time we're done. I've "overdosed" by taking 100 homeopathic sleeping pills. I didn't even fall asleep. I called the "24-hour poison center", whose number was provided on the bottle. No one answered.
