A Question For The Mod/dust About Religious Tags

Just a quick note:

 

Nunsense is a Carmelite postulant, FFI Griswold (I might have spelled the second part wrong, I'm not quite sure) is a Franciscan Friar of the Imacculate, AveMariaPurissima (I don't remember if her name has spaces, it might) is a postulant with the Trinitarians of Mary. None of them have religious tags.

 

Ave isn't online anymore, not since she entered on September 8, but the other two post regularly and tags might be good so that people know. Nunsense has that as her title, so it's probably not strictly necessary, and FFI Griswold is new, so it's very understandable if you aren't sure yet. And I wouldn't list Ave, but she asked for it before she left, so I figured I would. And there might be others I don't remember at the moment who also don't have religious tags and don't.

 

There's a whole slew of people who've entered and won't be online again unless they leave their orders, of course, but there's no reason to list them and it would only give you a reason to ignore this whole request or give you way more work than necessary either sorting through or giving unnecessary tags. Even Ave, although I listed her, isn't really necessary and I really don't care one way or the other.

 

The only ones I really care about are Nunsense and FFI Griswold, because they post.

If dUSt hands out religious tags, HopefulBride needs one too!  She is entering postulancy on May 31st!  :woot:

I know this is going to be an unpopular opinion, and it's not my decision in any way, but I'm going to say it anyway...

 

I don't think people should get a religious tag unless they are professed religious, or at least novices. Postulants aren't actually consecrated religious yet, and as such shouldn't be labeled as one.

Morostheos, that was why I listed who I know are only postulants. ;) I know, I know, I still listed them. Which means that I still asked for tags for them. But it left freedom for decisions such as not giving them tags. And I wasn't quite sure if them being postulants was reason to not have the tag, hence asking for them.
