PhuturePriest
So, where I'm from, taxes are outrageously high. $3,500, to be precise. We have been wondering how we are expected to pay this, and have been doing many, many novenas. This morning, my dad got in his truck, and he found an envelope with a letter in it. The letter explained that whoever sent the check was "blessed by God", and had been given a lot of money. He said that he knew we needed it, so he decided to give us a blessing, too. In the envelope was $3,500 in $100 bills. No names are given or anything, so we have no clue who gave us the money.
CrossCuT
I think the only logical explanation was that the person who gave the money was your dad himself...only from another dimension He found a rift in time, slipped through, and left the money in a place he knew his other self would find it. But of course he couldnt SAY that it was from him because the knowledge of what happened would have caused a paradox that would ultimately lead to the end of the universe. Or it was just a nice guy

Guest
As the #1 donator to phatmass (used to be at least) its possible it could of been me...But I would never tell you if it was because I'm really humble and don't like to brag...Except for the fact I may still be the #1 phatmass donator.... It was giving to us by mail. No name, no return address. nothing. No clues. I like to say: one of God`s mystery in life.
Papist
Sweet. Your dad drives a truck. What kind? Is it a crew-cab? Oh yeah, that cash in the envelope is razzle dazzle.

Every self-respecting Kansas man drives a truck. In Kansas, we drive manly trucks, not those sissy glorified cars in the shape of a truck.

PhuturePriest
You mean like this? Around here, the cabs on the sissy trucks are usually a little higher, but this is the basic picture.
