xTrishaxLynnx
I'm about to cancel my Audible membership and I have 4 credits that I need to use up, but I don't really have any books in mind, so I need some suggestions. When it comes to audio books, I usually go for fiction just because I'm afraid I will zone out if I try to listen to non-fiction, but if you know of anything engaging, I'm definitely open to it. Thanks Pham :)

CatholicsAreKewl
Nobel prize winner Daniel Kahneman's Thinking Fast and Slow (It's like a 4 part book). It's really interesting. Though there are some studies mentioned in the book (Not his, some other dude's) that have been criticized recently, most of the book is solid. It teaches you a lot about the errors we make in decision making, why we act the way we do risky situations, and summarizes his studies on happiness. jeffboom
CAK listens to audiobooks while he is driving. That ain't safe if you ax me.
Alma Misionera
I usually don't listen to audiobooks, just because I have a hard time concentrating when someone reads something to me (although I am fine in talks and lectures, but if someone starts quoting/reading a long passage in those talks, I can't concentrate on that either.). But, the only audiobook I ever got through was Witness to Hope (the biography of Pope John Paul II) by George Weigel. Really good, though I don't remember if it had the entire book, or a slightly abridged version. Good either way, and even though it's non-fiction, I found it engaging. Spem in alium
I don't listen to audiobooks and am unsure as to how available these are (I do assume some of them are, though), but you may want to check them outI. These are some of my favourites: - Jane Eyre - The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks (non-fiction, science, really good!) - Crossing the Threshold of Hope - Life of Pi - Anything by Stephanie Dowrick. xTrishaxLynnx
Thanks for all the ideas so far! Anything by Celia Rees. My favourites are Witch Child and The Fool's Girl. Wow... some of her stuff looks pretty creepy! lol I have all the Harry Potter's on my iPhone. Jim Dale is great. Got them from the library. Well, I *have* been meaning to re-read the Harry Potter series, so I'll certainly think about that. I'd prefer to get something I haven't read, but if it comes down to the last minute this is probably what I'll do.

The Audible site shows their regular price, but are you saying I should google search the book and see if it's available elsewhere for free?
