I Broke My Leg... :(

Last Friday I was walking out of a building and down a ramp when I miss stepped my right foot off of the side of the ramp, rolled my ankle over hard... and completely broke both the tibia and fibula bone...

 

I went into surgery Friday afternoon and had a long rod and screws put in to align the bones.  The surgeon talked me into the surgery because a simple cast would result in a shortening of my leg and a turning out of my foot.  I will be walking in 2 months and I should be healed in 3 months.

 

I still can't believe that this happened but I can't do anything but wait for the leg to heal.  I would appreciate any prayers.
