I understand the roots of the term socialism in national socialism. I also understand that hitler fought against using the "s" word to describe his party. Still, he certainly wasn't a laissez-faire capitalist, and calling libertarians hitlerian would be silly.

survival of the fittest.  kill or be killed.  only the strong survive.  cull the herd.  let the poor fend for themselves.  let those who have, take more.  let those who have not, have what little they have taken away. 

 

 

just summing up your preferred form of law.

 

Charles Darwin never once said "survival of the fittest". That was some reporter who interviewed him when he came back from the Galapagos. 

 

But, 2nd Amendment helps natural selection.

Hitler was not a socialist. He was a totalitarian who consolidated power within the Reichstag. He hated socialists. His party name, the National Socialist Party, was just a misnomer for Militant Nationalist Party.

There are limitations on both. Usually ones on the first are threats (personal and those dealing with national security). 

 

There is a plethora of limitations on the 2nd.

well if you believe that all governments are evil, vile things and their only purpose is to kill innocent people and take all their guns away and they do nothing positive at all and the best solution is anarchy which very quickly will become survival of the fittest then maybe I could be talking about you.  That or maybe you saw your buddy in distress and quickly jumped in to a conversation that was not about you.  Ego much.
