Just had to share this fantastic site with you.  Anyone who wants to learn more about the writings of the Carmelite saints, but maybe doesn't want to drag home a copy of The Ascent of Mount Carmel, you can go here (meditationsfromcarmel.com) and be treated to a plethora of Carmelite "soundbytes" courtesy of the Carmel of St. Joseph and their Secular Order at St. Louis.  There are two pages on the "podcast" tab, with over 100 recorded meditations.  There is everything from novenas to excerpts from the writings of the Carmelite saints and blesseds to homilies given by St. Louis area priests and bishops during the nuns' annual Novena to Our Lady of Mount Carmel.  Plus a whole lot of other good stuff!  Perfect for a little lunchtime break.  Enjoy!
