In Case Mandy Moore Is Reading

Ive always been a big fan of Mandy Moore. I think shes so beautiful, and I love her music. (im not ashamed :) im listening to "your face" right now, such a pretty song......anyways, i was watchen a show the other day and they were interviewing macalie kulcan (sp) and he was talken about the movie saved......I noticed a thread on here before that was bashen the movie. But i would encourage people to see it before they take an opionon on it. I think Mandy has done a great job on her image. I think she is a real role model to kids, and her music is very good to, alot of it is spirtual. I also think its brave of her to do a movie about Christ, esspically in the times that we are in. Granted it might not be a serious movie like the Passion, at least it is putting the message of faith out their. Who knows who it could reach and cause someone to be saved by faith. So I plan on seeing it, jus because the fact alone that Mandy Moore is in it. I hope that it ends up being a decent movie, and hopefully it will reach some kids who are itching to know more about God, but wont tell anyone......Peace n Love

Thy Geekdom Come

Actually, I like her music and I think she's attractive, too.

I cried at the end of "A Walk to Remember"...

d-boy...
yes mandy is absolutely gorgeous, and her music is wonderful...
but her place wasn't in this movie. go see it, and you'll find out. the movie is not about being "saved" at all, but rather viewing all the types of sin, and testing the waters of em(read the Catholic News + Herald article online to see more). and MGM is expecting profits like the passion. ick.

I def. hope not to many pple get opinions about the movie before they have even seen it. I was watching an interviiew w/ her the ohter day, and she said it was supposed to be a comidy, so shouldn't be taken too seriously.

The Life of Brian was a "comedy".

Ash Wednesday

Personally I don't know a lot about Mandy Moore though of the young actresses I like Lindsay Lohan. She seems pretty cool. Her background is Irish and Italian and she's one of four kids, so I've been trying to find out if she's got Catholic background as well but I haven't been successful finding that out.

Lindsay Lohan may or may not be Catholic, but I have heard that she is very much a party girl who likes drinking and dirty dancing and stuff like that... and I hear that Hillary Duff is one of the more well-behaved teen stars.

Anywho, I know that Mandy Moore is a very modest and mature young women. She seems like someone I would like to be friends with, all fame and fortune aside.
