The dressing as the pope is in poor taste, but we don't legislate against bad taste. Next year she should express herself as a naked Mohamed and see how far that gets her. She'd have to go out of her way to spray paint "I am the prophet Muhammad" on her stomach or something. I might be crazy for this, but I think people should be allowed to be naked in public. It still wouldn't be common, in my opinion, because people could still enforce a dress code on private property.
