I have a Latin book, maybe if I could ask you people when I don't understand things I could actually learn? Go for it! I have studied some Latin but how do you learn to speak and write in this language? I recommend getting Wheelock's Latin. It has self-tutorial stuff in the back. I learned a good bit that way.
