Tab'le De'Bah-Rye
Sanctus Sanctus Sanctus dominus deos sabaoth pleni sunt caeli et terra gloria tua Hosannah in exelcius Benedictus qui venit in nomine domine hosannah in excelsius. Please excuse the spelling it is prob as bad as my ish. That is one latin prayer i know from the extraordinary mass, the song of the angels. I just thought i would say something in latin because reading all this got me in the mood. Pax domine sit sempre vobiscum Edited April 30, 2013 by Tab'le Du'Bah-Rye
Byzantine
"IMO, a great idea. Do you like it, dUSt?" Yes? You got the meaning. The literal trans. would be "It pleases me (I like it) most greatly. Please, dUSt?" YOLO! :|
Slappo
You got the meaning. The literal trans. would be "It pleases me (I like it) most greatly. Please, dUSt?" Amabo te is the Latin equivalent of please, and was used as such, but it literally means "I will love you".

Gabriela
Amabo te is the Latin equivalent of please, and was used as such, but it literally means "I will love you". That explains why (via Spanish) I (mis)understood, "Like it you?". Edited April 30, 2013 by curiousing

ToJesusMyHeart
Omnes, audite! Saepe peccamus; quid debemus cogitare? Saepe nihil cogitas. Quando peccas, dic Iesu "conservate me!" Sed non dic, "Iesu, si me amas, serva me, amabo te!" quod Iesus omnes amat. :saint2:

Gabriela
Voluit dicere: SVS (Solum vivis semel)! Aha. Google knew that one. ;-) Seriously, where is dUSt? Is he like the god that neither hears nor sees? dUSt! I'm dying of suspense here! Can we get a Latin phorum?

I'm dying of suspense here! Can we get a Latin phorum? I'm in with Curiousing. (Maybe this will be the summer.... I have a Latin book, maybe if I could ask you people when I don't understand things I could actually learn? Besides, at Mass last night it felt like I could almost understand when reading the Latin. Just not quite. Not quite there yet. But so close!) But, yeah, dUSt! Can we get a Latin phorum? Amabo te.
