mulls
of course we have feelings, didn't you know that non-catholics rely strictly on their emotions in every facet of their life, and emotions always lead people astray?
Livin_the_MASS
of course we have feelings, didn't you know that non-catholics rely strictly on their emotions in every facet of their life, and emotions always lead people astray?
very good point mulls! (saying with charity) but you hit the nail on the head! I don't think this thread will get us any where because it is asked about feelings in general, not respecting human dignity. What I agree with mulls on is alot of protestants go off what feels good, not all but some that I have met. There service is a show, music, dancing, screaming. Jesus told St. Faustina: "My daughter, suffering will be a sign that I am with you" (Diary, 669) If you take in account Our Lords life he suffered all of His life. He tells us to take up our crosses and follow him. His Cross was pain and suffering. We are called to partake of this suffering for the souls of our brothers and sisters. So if it only feels good is right, then your wrong! Love hurts! God Bless You Jason Edited May 28, 2004 by Jason
