I should put a few in here.

 

TT- You're gonna make a good nun-sister-whatever they call you gals these days, with your mad sciencey skills.

EmilyAnne- you're like another sister, you rock.

Anne Line- the mothering rocks. You know the rest. :)

Mary's Child- the best thing about the chatroom is that you're usually in it. Your story and your perseverance are a constant witness to me. Love ya!

Brian and Missy- You two are also a tremendous witness to me of humility, patience under fire, and prayer. Yes Missy, even in those times where you insist to me that you are none of those things. :P Brian, you're the only guy I know who would seriously attempt to give up food for Lent. I still think that's a horrible idea, but you got guts bro.

And to all the brave souls of Phatmass who wander into my thread and look at the doodles. Y'all got some real bravery to keep coming back and watching me ham it up. :hehe: But really, I love you all!

Brian, you're a @#$%ing madman and you're making a madwoman of me, but I love you dearly and am profoundly blessed to call you mine. 

 

Claire, Dylana and Miles: I've been trying to figure out how to tell you this for weeks now, and I finally have an excuse! You have rekindled the fire for youth ministry in my heart. You have made me believe that this call is real, and that I can do it. I owe each of you more than you'll ever understand, and even though I'm not sure how it happened, I'm so glad to be entangled in your dramatic teenage lives. ;)

 

Claire, you are the best big sister, full of courage and wise beyond your years. Thank you for being my friend ... you understand me better than some people my own age.

 

Dylana, you are a ferocious piece of work. You are so strong, and a beautiful work in progress. Don't ever forget that.

 

Miles, your deranged little face makes my heart smile. Keep singing.

 

Tony, my twisted brother, you have a sensitive heart and a quick mind. You go through so much, all the freakin' time, and you can still laugh about it. Thank you for teaching me that. I'm so glad you're around.

 

Annie, happy mother's day. I thought of you about as much as I did my own mother today. I know we've had our ups and downs, but you've been a source of gentleness and love for me when life turned upside down. Thank you for putting up with me and all my moods.

 

Phil, your heart is true and your stubbornness defines reason. Life will reward you generously for that. Thank you for everything.

 

Jason, you remain the only Phatmasser who I've ever been honored to share laughter, hugs and tears with. I'm so blessed to be your sister and your friend. You're an amazing father and a devoted husband. Don't ever doubt the good you do in this life. And stop making that face.

 

Papist, God love you for keeping my head on my shoulders. Thank you for standing so readily as a friend and mentor to Brian and I. We don't always agree on everything, but I have the utmost respect for you and your family.
