cartermia
My religion teacher/one of the priest of at our parish asked me to be the May Queen who crowns the Blessed Mother. Usually someone from the First Communion class does it, but they will not have recieved their First Communion yet. I crowned the Blessed Mother when I recieved my First Communion and I do not want to hold that honor from a younger child. I told my teacher if I couldn't get the principle to let someone from the First Communion class to do it then I will do it. My question is how should I go about asking my principle? Walk up to your principle and say "Hi. I'm Carter. I'm in xth grade. My teacher, Mrs. so-and-so thinks I should crown the Blessed Mother in May but I think a First Communion candidate should have the privilege of doing the crowning, especially because I have already crowed Mary before. Someone new and should get to do it this time. What do you think?" :)
