Makes me think if i had a pill that made people young again but there is one set back, if you ever sin again you will die very quickly after that sin. Which then got me to remembering since this is a remembering song an old lady i met at the mall who must have been about 70 and was so sprightly/young in her movements and her manner and voice, after meeting her i thought 'WOW' that lady must have hardly sinned at all.
