Summer Suit

Ooo! Do a white belt! White is fun. And it's a baptism! Baby blue for the tie.

OR, a pewter belt with a baby blue tie. Maybe something like this (below)?

I would go with a black belt and shoes, and then a tie somewhere on the lighter end of the spectrum. Not pastel, but a softer colour. Like a silver with a subtle pattern. Or paisley. I love paisley ties. Or a fun bow tie if you know how to tie them. I think a red bow tie would look great with that. I would avoid a really strong tie since the jacket is a very light colour.

I think the new basic rule for white is that when it is warm enough for summer suits you may wear them. Therefore, in the spring if it is in the 80s or 90s, feel free, but you'll look silly if it's in the 60s or 70s.

60's or 70's is about as hot as it gets in my city in the summer :(

Spring (May)

Summer (June through mid-Sept.)

Autumn (mid-Sept. though mid-Oct.)

Early Winter (Mid-Oct thought mid-Nov.)
