Great-grandmother Passed Away

My dad just found out tonight that his grandmother (my great-grandmother) passed away last night at the age of 100.  She always wanted to live to 100 but was very ill with arthritis, depression, dementia, etc.  She was healthy for a long time (until she was about 97) and then her body just gave out on her.  She was in hospice care for over a year and my grandmother was just about to have her moved from an assisted living to a nursing home but was delayed because of an illness in the nursing home.  Please say some prayers for the repose of her soul.  She was not Catholic nor was she ever religious but she did believe in God.  They are having her body cremated here and then sent back to the state where she used to live so she will be buried next to her late husband (my great-grandfather).  Thank you.
