Fidei Defensor
This isn't monopoly. But Vatican III would be kind of lazy...shell out a few bucks and fly to Istanbul or at least another Italian city like the old days. They should hold it in Las Vegas. Era Might
They should hold it in Las Vegas. Awesome, they could catch a magic show, roll some craps, and define dogma just in time for the $0.99 breakfast buffet.
FutureCarmeliteClaire
It'll be at Chili's. It's the place where business happens, the new golf course.

Tufsoles
I refuse to speculate about Vatican 3. I think it is suspicious.

Annie12
I'd say 99% chance it's fake. Apparently there was another cardinal Tauran account (now deactivated) that claimed Benedict XVI passed away last month, obviously this isn't true. https://twitter.com/CatholicNewsSvc/status/317288197463887875 I'd be willing to bet it's the same guy. The account mentioned in this link is diffrent than the one we are talking about here. The one which fabricated Benadicts death was @CardTauran. The one here is @CardJLTuran. It may be him... its just weird because I wouldn't think a cardinal would think its a good idea to tell the world before the pope does... hmmmm

carmenchristi
fly to Istanbul... That would be one way to accellerate our evangelization... the blood of the martyrs is the seed of Christianity.
franciscanheart
All this talk of .99 keeps making me think, "... it was ninety-nine cents! Coppin' it, washin' it, 'bout to go and get some compliments. Passin' up on those moccasins someone else's been walkin' in."Anyone?

I've seen Orthodox Priests walking around Istanbul. Somehow I don't think that the Mozlum hordes will descend upon the Princes of the Church to devour their flesh if their s a council. I know what it is like over there. :| Explosions in the streets every ten minutes, torturing, kidnapping, car chases. Practically like Detroit. Except......... carmenchristi
well... when I was there as a religious, I couldn't go out in public in habit... so it makes me think that a Council might not be too welcome.
