Totus Tuus
I don't mind working out. I just hate getting off my arse to go do it.
same
MissyP89
I have definitely notice my habit of eating. come 8-9 at night, i am not hungry (per se), but i want to eat. It is still really difficult. I suppose i get a bit 'agitated' during that time too... so i've been told.
My amazing editor lost over 100 lbs and had the same problem with night eating. Her trick was to drink a glass of skim or 1% milk. Or stand next to the fridge and chug (keyword chug) a glass of water. Keep pushing through, honey. You're doing fantastic. IcePrincessKRS
Another good trick is to have a big glass of water and just go to bed (or someplace inconveniently far from the kitchen) with a book or something. I find I'd rather chug the water than get up and go to the kitchen for food. Because I'm lazy.
arfink
Just did my workout. 4 miles on my bike, with some pretty steep hills in the mix. Totally covered in sweat, but I'm happy I made it all the way this time! Last time my knees gave out on the last hill and I had to walk my bike home. MIKolbe
another reason i hate working out.. sweat on my glasses. that's just nasty.
arfink
Sweat glasses do smell of elderberries, big time. I hate it when it happens to me.
LinaSt.Cecilia2772
Sweat getting in your eyes is even worse. I hate dryland workouts because of that. "Dryland" is a swimmer's term for working out on land, such as running, core strength, weights, etc. Even though I hate it, it really helps me in the water. arfink
Yeah, sweat in the eyes stinks. I just hate when my glasses get slippery because of the sweat and they won't stay on my face.
arfink
I mean, my glasses fall of my face easy enough without being all sweaty. Can you imagine how much it totally rots when they start falling off my face as I'm sweating my way up a hill on my bike?
PhuturePriest
I'm more of a "Tries to sing opera but failing because you can't sing and run at the same time" kind of guy (Referring to the first page).
Ed Normile
i hate working out more than I hate doing dishes.
If you work out and get really pumped you can force the wife to do the dishes. Unless she has that super girlie strength. ed

PhuturePriest
I'm not sure why MIkolbe thinks he is fat. He looks totally in shape in his picture. He looks like he is about to shoot somebody, but he still looks fit.
