ContemporaryCaflicCrusader
that pushups workout is going well, seeing improvements already! :D might have to try the one they have for situps/squats etc. definitely builds more muscle than just doing as many as you can everyone in a while, doing the varied sets what christian metal...? I find the non christian metal to be 100% superior in almost every way. but if you arent already you should listen to Woe of Tyrants and Becoming the Archetype.
quote name=' CCC' I am probably just gonna end up embarassing myself here, but here it goes. My top 25 most played list has been stacked over the years with Underoath, Demon Hunter, Flyleaf, Emery, Since October, RED, Disciple. Now I'm really big on Project 86 just "moshed" to them live, them and Love and Death featuring former lead guitarist from Korn Brian "Head" Welch. I have some Showbread, August Burns Red, Haste the Day, Dead Poetic, and Oh, Sleeper. I think Sent by Ravens has some potential, I'll Youtube there next album prolly to see if it's worth buying when it comes out. That's the only stuff You'd probably find ok. My Mom and Dad detest the stuff. How embarrassed should I be on a scale from 1 to 10???

BG45
I second the fan while on the treadmill or stationary bike. It isn't a crutch, it just effectively acts to simulate the breeze that you might be getting if you were outside walking or riding a bike and does help to razzle dazzle that sweat some. Most of the ones there strictly speaking are metal-core, not so much metal, But i like a few of them.

arfink
I don't fit in my old work pantaloons anymore. In the opposite sense most people mean. They just hang off me now.

BG45
I did the Hoodlebug Trail as planned after office hours...I meant to just walk out as far as Tenth Avenue North's new CD would take me. Instead I apparently hit to play all of my TAN music...I realized this at some point between, "the last 3 songs sound like their second album" and "Oh look, it's the Homer City Sheetz again." tl;dr: walked 10 miles.
