Basilisa Marie
So what was everyone's favorite part of Easter this weekend? :) I went to the Vigil, and not only did we have about a dozen people enter the Church (hooray!), but we had a 6 year old girl and a man in his 80s baptized. Apotheoun
I love singing the Paschal Troparion: "Christ is risen from the dead; by death He conquered death, and to those in the grave He granted life." Christos voskrese! Voistinu voskrese!
PadrePioOfPietrelcino
I love it all. I don't think I can choose a favorite part. Although I am excited that this year enough requests were made for more of the readings, so we got 5 of the OT readings, which is one more than last year, and two more that two years ago. Hopefully in a couple years we can break Fr down enough to get all 7 :)
homeschoolmom
Aside from the obvious churchy parts that everyone else will say... Jelly beans. I love jelly beans.
Nihil Obstat
Tied between two parts. The Litany of the Saints, for one, and the other is the start of the Mass itself, at the Gloria, when all the bells ring. At my parish they played the organ at that part too, so finally hearing the bells and organ and Gloria all at once was great.
Nihil Obstat
Hmm, I liked the Lucem Christe part too, with the procession.
OnlySunshine
Favorite part of Easter Sunday Mass: Renewal of Baptismal Promises and being able to sing/say "Alleluia" again! Favorite part of Easter (secular): Dinner! We are going to my aunt's and having turkey dinner with mashed potatoes.
ToJesusMyHeart
The steak and honey ham we had for last night's dinner and today's lunch. And I second the jelly beans. The Starbursts ones! And consoling the miserable heart of Jesus at a Mass filled with abuses. :console:

xTrishaxLynnx
The Vigil Mass is my favorite part of the entire year, not just Easter. Edited March 31, 2013 by xTrishaxLynnx
DiscerningCatholic
The Exultet!!!!!! And Glorias where the congregation DOESN'T ring cowbells. (That really happened, both on Holy Thursday and at the Easter Vigil; they handed out ACTUAL COWBELLS for the congregation to ring.)
truthfinder
Hmm, I liked the Lucem Christe part too, with the procession. Oh no, but I'm going to have to correct you  It's Lumen Christi ( I like that we kneeled) My favourite besides the Gloria has always been the Exsultet.
