Heading To The Dr.

Im not sure what happened but I somehow really messed up my wrist. It is swollen, bruised, and hurting a lot. Also I have a "pins and needles" sensation in my fingers, everyone who looks at it says "somethings not right". This is really worrying me especially that I cant think of anything that may have caused it. Its really starting to scare me please pray it all works out. Thanks.
