You know, there may be some good to come of all this.

 

All these things are being recorded in minute details these days, throgh internet, recording, TV and all that good stuff.  Such that the orror become evident in retrospec. 

 

Look at all the references to ancient times used to support gay marriage and such - what we dont have is the recorded effets, the opposition that may or may not have existed in those days (actually, there are some but I am talking rom the view point of proponents of gay marriage and such).  The point being, the retrospec referencing old days is currently muffled through the centuries in records that are difficult at times to decifer or interpret in their intended meaning.

 

Whereas, these days we are gong down a road that has been done before, and this time, its inevitable failure (the failure of these ideaologies are inevitable in my opinion), then the lessons learned will have a better chance of being permanent than not.
