--purity
--peace
--perfection
--cleanliness (which is next to Godliness )
--angelic

white is the color of heaven! white are those made perfect by God!

WHITE isn't just ONE color, it's ALL the colors. That's like sayin the United States of America is better than George Washington. Duh, America is better than George Washington, but America is better BECAUSE of George Washington.

Therefore, of course white is better than blue, but white is better BECAUSE of blue. I like blue pigments, objects which reflect the color blue back to me. i like white pigments as well, for they also reflect the color blue back to me. but i'd rather see a picture of George Washington than a map of America, because America would also include the liberals runnin wild all over the place. Therefore i'd rather see blue than white becuase white has like red and green runnin wild all over it as well!

i disagree. although white is the culmination of all the colors, it is itself a color as well. for one, white is a new entity, not the shade of a pre-existing color. the fact that i can make something "white" as opposed to "red" or "blue" or any other pre-existing color--and the fact that it is unlike any other color--makes white a color in and of itself. secondly, the fact that it is a composite of other colors does not discredit it as a color. that would be like rejecting green as a color b/c it is the composite of yellow and blue, or rejecting purple b/c it is the composite of blue and red.

the debate here is first and formost which color is better, and only secondarily "why" it is better. so, you make my case here

i don't think this is an accurate analogy. if George Washington represents one of the colors of which white is a composite, then a photo album of all the presidents would represent white, not a map of America.

w/ the correct analogy now in place, i say a photo album is more appealing b/c it gives the most honor to the Presidency of the United States. it illustrates every facet of the presidency and in fact what it means to be President throughout the ages. likewise, white is more appealing b/c it gives the most honor to this thing called "Color." white IS "Color"........in every since and facet of the word.

....which makes it great.
