Does anybody have any good religious life movies that I may be able to find on youtube or for free online?  If so can you please send me a link?

Thank you very much in advance. :)

Gloria.tv has the Nun's Story in full. I'll try and find the link for you. Also, you can get the full version of a film about St. Therese of Liseux in French but with english subtitles on youtube, divided into about 7 videos.

Of gods and men is a great reflection on community life and growth in holiness. I watch it every Holy Week to prepare to " follow the crucified savior". It's one of my favorite, and most realistic, portrayals of religious life.

"Padre Pio" is one of my favorite saint movies. Here is the link for part one and the rest follow. It is in the original Italian with English and Japanese subtitles. It was the only one I could find that was complete and had English subtitles, sorry. It is over 3 hours but the acting is amazing! "The Passion of the Christ" (Mel Gibson version) is also on youtube.

I liked The Dark Knight a lot, best movie I have seen in ages.

Oh wait, you meant about religious life...

Sister Rose Therese

I always like The Trouble with Angels.

Are you looking for serious educational movies or for entertainment?

On the serious side there are two movie/documentaries recently made about the Trappists and Discalce Carmelites.  Into Great Silence and The Nun respectively.  They are both about contemplative communities though.

I've always liked the movie about St. Therese of Lisieux though some find it corny/cheesy at times.  I watched it on YouTube once or twice.

I am having trouble locating the link but I'll post it as soon as I find it.

I went to look for the movie "Conspiracy of Hearts" on youtube, but it was taken down :(

There's "Interrupted Lives: Catholic Sisters Under European Communism" which is more of a documentary, but it's really good. The sisters in the historical reenactments are actual sisters which is cool (or at least some of them are); some of the Sisters of Saint Francis of Perpetual Adoration are in it.

"The Bells of St. Mary's" with Bing Crosby and Ingrid Bergman

Hahaha I almost forgot about "Change of Habit" with Elvis and Mary Tyler Moore! Though I thought I've seen in in better quality...

Another one I can't find on youtube that I think was on there at some point is "Come to the Stable" with Loretta Young.
