FWIW, the Sinner's Prayer and Baptism in the Spirit are two different prayers/actions. Sinner's Prayer is common to most Evangelicals and Fundamentalists (roughly equivalent to our Act of Contrition or Prayer for Spiritual Communion) while Baptism in the Spirit is a prayer for spiritual/charismatic gifts. There is some overlap as far as some Christians who believe in both, but they aren't the same thing.
