Will this be in English? I'm curious, because I think the Society is more strident in French than English. I'm not good enough with either language to be more specific.

The fact that the preview is in English makes me think that the documentary itself will be in English as well, in addition to (probably) French.

On a personal, aesthetic level, I love that he rocked the beard in his missionary days.

I had no idea he was so handsome. Seriously, he looked like Erroll Flynn with a better beard. It was a very strange discovery. Looking at him, and this is ironic, I get the same vibe of holiness I get from looking at JPII, Mother Theresa, and (!) our current Pope.

I do think, most especially with those pictures from his time in Gabon and Dakar, that he radiated a sort of holiness. He was truly devoted to his mission from the Holy Ghost Fathers.
