I mean a written one. With like names and concerns?  I have a journal and a separate list of people that I pray for.

No, I don't. I probably should, but I tend to think of most of them naturally throughout the day as certain things remind me of them. Also, at mass I always try to remember all of the weeks intentions.

I typically don't.

For Lent, though, I'm praying for one person each day who has asked for it, and I have a list to keep track of that.

I don't, but it's a good practice.  I know people that do it (mostly seminarians...though I suppose they're no longer seminarians now... :hehe2: )

I'm with MT. I have a way I journal. Gospel reflection, discussion, spiritual reading notes, prayer intentions, final remarks.

I don't really keep a list. When people ask me to pray for them, I pray for them specifically for a while, but so many people ask me to pray for them (I guess my prayers are magical or something) that I eventually broke down and just started naming recent names and going "...And everyone else I'm supposed to be praying for."

Speaking of this, can you add a Ms. Tammy to y'all's list if you have one? She has stage 4 cancer of the liver. She is a mentor of mine. She has helped me so much in my illness and now, a month ago, she finds that she is also sick. So pray for her. She is strong, but I'm worried.
