CreepyCrawler
shouldn't you say why you hate surfing? you're 75% water, so if you hate that, then you hate yourself and then you can't fulfil God's commands b/c after loving God, you're supposed to love others as you love yourself but you can't do that if you hate 75% of yourself....

jasJis
I've lived in Florida, near the water, almost all my life (40+ yrs). I know of only 1 person that's been bitten by a shark. I do know of lot's of people (including myself) that have been swimming near a shark with no problems. Not to say we stay in the water, but we don't freak out and act like a wounded snook. :thatsfunny: Lately, it's been the alligators.

VeraMaria
oh, it's EXTREMELY fun and overall just awesome ESPECIALLY in the deep water when you can catch a wave and have some time to do things before you reach the shore just don't watch shark movies the night before...i can tell you from experience....or every shadow you see looks like a shark and you keep falling off the board
