Due process prevents this as the office cannot be judge, jury and executioner against a US citizen. Actually, Obama didn't claim any such thing. Apparently you don't answer someone's question until they've filibustered for 13 hours or so. Who are you to judge Obama or his administration. After all, he has a Nobel Peace Prize!
