I think all Cardinals are represented. But you are allocated a Cardinal at random.

Totally Franciscan

My cardinal is Francesco Monterisi from Italy, Archpriest Emeritus of the Basilica of St. Paul Outside the Walls.  I am thrilled to have an Italian and St. Paul's is one of my favorite basilicas.

Cardinal Dolan is not a likely choice. He is first of all American, and Cardinals from major political powers like America are very rarely elected. Secondly, he's new. And finally, he doesn't speak any other languages. We need the Pope to be able to speak many different languages because the Church truly is universal. It didn't used to be this way, but because Pope John Paul II and Pope Benedict XVI were fluent in so many languages that has made a shift in the role of the papacy. I would be utterly shocked if he was elected considering these things.

I chose mine when this was on Open Mic.  I got Kazimierz Cardinal Nycz -- Archbishop of Warsaw, Poland.  I thought it was very neat how he was ordained to the transitional diaconate by Pope John Paul II, especially since JPII is my patron saint of the year.  :)
