AnneLine
Sorry, everyone... Phatmass wouldn't let me back in to take out the second serving. And I realized, perhaps too late, that perhaps some of the rest of you have given up the (pleasure) of meat for Lent. And it was probably over-the-top to force=pheed ARFink an entire roasted beastie. I am bad. But I accidently dropped an entire cup of coffee grounds all over my kitchen, so I've spent the last 20 minutes on my knees doing penance. There can't, there just CAN'T be that many coffee grounds in one coffee filter. Imagine counter, stove, floor, cabinets... and ME!!! covered like that! So, do NOT upset the ARFink. Really. It's not a good thing... Carmel is good.
arfink
Eww. That's actually quite gross AnneLine. I hope it wasn't your fancy new coffee. That would kinda be a bummer.
littlesister
Whatever this is supposed to mean in the middle of Lent, it gave me a good laugh at the end of the day. Thanks!

Lol :P You are right, of course, the Cloister is Carm-el The candies are Car-a-mel But it strikes me you will get an extra penance each time we call those candies Carmels.... ;) Yup, AnneLine is EVIL!!!! :brutebeast:
maximillion
Do they all know the difference over which should be eaten.....that's what I would like to know. Here in the UK (where I have never heard Car-a-mels called Carmels, we certainly know the difference. Come to think of it though, not sure of which I am most fond!
