Serious Discernment

I am attending a 2-year college this semester but I plan to transfer early to a university because this college's academics leave much to be desired. I've had more problems with the professors and staff than I can bear any longer.  I have applied to a state university near me which I was accepted to in the Spring 2013 (but elected to stay in the 2-year program for one more semester since I was already enrolled) and will likely be accepted to again.  However, I am discerning the possibility of applying to a Catholic university and majoring in Theology.  If I went to the state university, I would major in Health Care Administration.  I do not want to take on any student loans so the state university is more likely to be the one I will choose.  I also need a program where I can take courses online if I am accepted to the LAMP program in New York.  :)
